Watkins Glen Up Next For ASL Elite Series

The Elite Series makes its first trip to a road course this season on Sunday. Watkins Glen will host the 35-lap event on the traditional Cup track layout.

The race is the second of four designated crown jewel events this season. Josh Connors remains eligible for a $100 grand prize if he can sweep all four races, and all remaining drivers can win $25 if they can win the remaining three.

As one of the crown jewel events, the race will feature a stage break 15 laps in, which should bring in some added pit strategy. The format was a resounding success at last season’s Daytona road course race.

Trackside Racing Network will be bringing all the action live on Sunday.
