Driver’s Meeting – Bristol

The race server will be in the “League Sessions” area of iRacing. You will not need a password to enter as a registered driver in the league. Entry to the server will be first come, first serve. The server this week allows for 43 maximum entries.

All drivers should be in the TeamSpeak server before Qualifying begins. Trackside Racing Network may pull in drivers for interviews under yellow flag or after the race. Most importantly, the top three finishers will be interviewed immediately after the race.

This race is a crown jewel event. Josh Connors (Daytona winner) and Johnny Avila (Watkins Glen winner) are eligible for $25 if they can win the remaining crown jewel events.

As a crown jewel event, this race will include a stage break at the end of Lap 100, which pays stage points to the top 10 drivers. If a caution flies within 5 laps of this scheduled stage break, the running order at the time of that caution will be used, and the stage break will occur during that caution period instead.

We will be using the “single pit road” track layout. All drivers must enter the backstretch pits exiting Turn 2, follow the pit road speed through Turns 3-4, and exit pit road entering Turn 1. Also be sure to follow iRacing instructions when the pits are closed; we will not be clearing black flags due to drivers not following these procedures.
