About ASL

American SimRacing League is a private, not-for-profit organization that sanctions simulated stock car racing events on the iRacing service.

ASL was born in August 2020 after the DieHard Racing League shut down operations.  Members of DieHard, led by Patrick Desaulnier, decided to start a new league that built upon its predecessor’s successes.

Thanks to its focus on competition, racecraft and camaraderie, many of ASL’s original drivers have continued their participation through over a half dozen seasons.  Today, the league continues to build upon this legacy while continuing to grow its membership base and stature within the iRacing community.
